FAHM Opening & AKA Week

Filipino American History Month 2010 Opening Event

Come out to Lake Wauberg to kick off Filipino American History Month! Make sure to come dressed to have fun in the sun! Because not only will there be refreshments and live performances from our FSA pamilya, but there will be plenty of outdoor activities! This will also be the moment when you find out who your new ate, kuya, or ading(s) are, so you’ll definitely want to be there!

We’ll be carpooling to Lake Wauberg, so at 1:30pm on Sunday, October 3, meet up at the Commuter Lot on Gale Lemerand so we can ride there together!

facebook it, yo!

AKA Week

After finding out who your new Ates, Kuyas, and Adings are, you can start bonding with them during AKA week! One Ate and Kuya isn’t enough? Never fret! If you happen to create a bond with another older FSA member, she/he may adopt you!

Adings, don’t you worry about a thing, because your new Ates and Kuyas will help give you rides to all the events and even pay for you as well!

Didn’t get a chance to sign up for AKA? No problem! We’ll match you up once you fill out the form at this link!

FSA+

Oh, hey, what’s this? I’ll tell ya what this is! We’re rolling out a brand-spanking new academics program, but we need YOU to make it successful. Don’t you ever think, “Man, I wish I could see how the exams for this class will look like” or “WTHECK AM I SUPPOSED TO STUDY FOR THIS ISH!?”

Well! FSA+ is designed to help you with just that! If you have old exams from previous classes, please please please send them to your VP of Internal Affairs, Theo Urbano, at chye...@gmail.com

Think of it like those little “take a penny, leave a penny” trays, but with exams. We want to get this test bank up and running right away, so start sending in those old exams!
